This
one day course is aimed at health care professionals who wish to provide medical
cover at equestrian events.It is run in conjunction with the Medical Equestrian Association and aims to improve the initial assessment and management of injured riders. The course will consist of a minimum of lectures, the emphasis being on acquisition of practical skills in the field. It was featured in BMJ Careers, 06/08/08.

The course cost is £179 (£185 online via PayPal), and this includes all course materials in electronic format, lunch, refreshments throughout the day and a certificate of attendance.
We have applied for CPD points for the ECEQE course from the Royal College of Anaesthetists. Previous courses were awarded 5 points.
