Applications to participate in a Doctors at Events course

Applying for our courses is a 2 step process. If you send payment without completing the application form, we'll have your money but not know which course you want to do, and if you do the form but don't pay we won't put you on the course!

We would suggest that you do your application form first, then come back to this page to arrange payment.

1. Please complete your details in this online application form, don't forget to click Submit. You will see a confirmation box when your details have been logged.
2. Send us payment:
• Either use the PayPal link below - if you do the form first, don't forget to come back to this page!
• Or, if you don't want to pay via Paypal, click here to find out how to send us a cheque. You will still need to complete the online application form though.

We will only process your application, and confirm your place on the course, upon receipt of both a completed form and your payment.

If you're having any problems with the PayPal method, it may be because of your browser settings don't allow all the cookies from PayPal. Instructions on how to add www.paypal.com to your trusted list can be found in your browser's help files. Alternatively, at the PayPal front page send the money to ted@doctorsatevents.com
